You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Kansas and Johnson County and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend the A.D. Banker website or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refunds for online products can be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds for classes and webinars can be requested within 72 hours of purchase for full refund, less shipping. Refunds requested after 72 hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Classes and webinars may be rescheduled at no charge. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
