What will I learn?
A licensed crop insurance professional specializes in assessing the needs of farmers, ranchers and others associated with agribusiness.
Licensed crop insurance producers must understand production agriculture, microeconomics, and the decision process farmers must go through.
The licensed producer's role is to be part of an agribusiness team of advisers who provide information that impacts a farmer's important
decisions regarding the crop.
To become licensed as a Crop insurance producer in Nebraska, you will need to demonstrate entry-level knowledge of the industry by
passing a state licensing exam. This course will deliver the content needed to successfully complete the education and examination requirements.
